Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Your badge collection QR code will be sent via email on Friday 4 September from informaAU@reg-informa.com one week prior to the event. This email will contain essential event details and your digital pass, which can be conveniently added to your smartphone wallet for easy access.

Please check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your primary inbox and consider adding informaAU@reg-informa.com to your safe sender list to ensure reliable delivery. Once you receive your digital pass, simply present it at the Conference Registering Desk or Expo Hall Registration Desk to collect your physical badge.

We recommend saving the digital pass to your smartphone wallet immediately upon receipt to streamline your check-in experience at the event.

If you cannot locate your QR code email after 4 September, please visit registration desk onsite and we can register you with your name and organisation

Yes, pre-registration will take place in the Goldfields pre-function area.

Pre-registration hours on Monday, September 7^th are below:

Conference Registration Desk:

- Site Tour: From 9.30am

- Workshops: From 8.30am

- Delegates & Speakers: Between 5-6.30pm

Expo Hall Registration Desk

- Exhibitors: From 2pm

*Note Expo Hall Passes do not have pre-registration available.

Expo Passes not pre-purchased can be purchased onsite from 10am on 8-9 September.

All attendees who expressed interest in attending a site tour at time of registration have been contacted. We received an impressive amount of interest and were only able to select a small group due to limited capacity at the sites we are visiting.

• ALL ACCESS – allows access to the welcome reception, morning joint-plenary sessions, Data Center World Conference, The AI Summit Conference, exhibition hall, catering, showcase theatres sessions, masterclasses (however space is limited so we require you to register interest in advance. You will be advised if your spot in the masterclass is confirmed) and networking drinks.
• Data Center World Delegate – allows access to the welcome reception, morning joint-plenary sessions, Data Center World Conference, exhibition hall, catering, showcase theatres sessions, masterclasses (however space is limited so we require you to register interest in advance. You will be advised if your spot in the masterclass is confirmed) and networking drinks.
• The AI Summit Delegate – allows access to the welcome reception, morning joint-plenary sessions, The AI Summit Conference, exhibition hall, catering, showcase theatres sessions, masterclasses (however space is limited so we require you to register interest in advance. You will be advised if your spot in the masterclass is confirmed) and networking drinks.
• Expo Pass – allows access to the exhibition hall, the morning joint-plenary sessions, showcase theatres sessions, and networking drinks only. Note – Expo Pass holders do not have access to the attendee list in the Event App.
• Expo Pass – No Plenary – allows same access as the Expo Pass however no access to the plenary sessions. Unfortunately, late registration expo pass holders will not have access to these sessions, as we have reached capacity.

The best entrance to arrive through is the Convention Centre Entrance; Convention Centre Place, between Pan Pacific Hotel and DFO South Wharf.

The closest entrance to the registration desk, conference rooms and exhibition hall is the Convention Centre Entrance, Convention Centre Place, located between Pan Pacific Hotel and DFO South Wharf.

There’s no formal dress code, but most attendees choose business casual.

Think smart, practical and comfortable, with enough flexibility for a full day of sessions, meetings and networking.

As the venue includes both indoor and open-air spaces, we recommend dressing in layers (or having them available).

Comfortable footwear is strongly advised.

MCEC Conditions of Entry:

- Amplifiers, banners and unauthorised promotional items are not permitted.

- People must not behave in a way that is considered offensive, disorderly or unlawful, be rude or aggressive to staff or others, or disobey staff or police directions.

• Substitutions within your organisation are permitted at any time before the event
• Cancellations within 56 days of the event are non-refundable

Unauthorised photography, audio recording and video recording are not permitted during sessions.

Official event photography and filming may take place across the venue and may be used for future marketing purposes.

Yes, the venue offers free wi-fi through its venue space. To connect, turn on your device's wireless settings, select MCEC free wi-fi, open your web browser, and accept the terms on the splash page to start browsing.

Yes, visit our Customer Service desk at Convention Centre Place (located next to Goldfields Café), and the venue staff will happily assist you.

There is charging station and lounge located in the expo hall, courtesy of Nuage.

Yes, for parents and children, the Parent Rooms provide a comfortable and private space equipped for changing or feeding. Located in the Convention Centre and the Exhibition Centre. Refer to the map below
