Pradap Rajagopal is the Leader of AI, Neocloud and Data Centre Strategy for Asia Pacific, Japan and India at Ciena.

In this role, he works closely with neocloud providers, AI innovators, and data centre operators to help design and build the infrastructure required to support next-generation AI factories and large-scale AI deployments. He also collaborates with service providers across the region to develop connectivity strategies and business models that enable the growing AI ecosystem.

Over his 25-year career with Ciena, Pradap has held a variety of technical and leadership positions across Australia and the United States, developing deep expertise in optical networking, IP networking, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. He is passionate about helping customers navigate technology transformation and capitalise on the opportunities created by AI.

Pradap holds a degree in Telecommunications engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
