Profile

Joao Almeida is the General Manager & Director of Global Business and a senior business leader at XENON Systems, specialising in high-performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions. With more than two decades of experience across IBM, Lenovo and XENON, he has led major HPC and AI initiatives throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining XENON, Joao served as CTO for Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group ANZ, where he led HPC and AI strategy. He is recognised for combining deep technical expertise with commercial leadership, helping organisations deploy advanced AI and computing platforms that deliver measurable business outcomes.
