Dion Leung is Head of AI & Cloud for Asia Pacific at Nokia, where he leads the growth of Nokia’s AI and cloud network infrastructure business across India, Greater China, and the broader APAC region. His focus includes Nokia’s data center networking portfolio, spanning data center interconnect, fabric, gateway, and intent-based automation solutions.

With more than 20 years of technology and telecommunications experience, Dion has held senior leadership roles at Ciena, Coriant, BTI Systems, and Tellabs. Throughout his career, he has built new markets, developed innovative data center interconnect solutions, and established strategic partnerships with leading hyperscalers, including Google, Microsoft, AWS, Meta, ByteDance, and Alibaba.

Based in Singapore, Dion holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is an inventor and published author who regularly shares his expertise at industry conferences. Dion also values lifelong learning, physical well-being, mindfulness, and embracing change.
