Daniel is Energy Australia’s Trading and Transition Executive. Daniel and his team play an important role in leading and accelerating the clean energy transition. Their work extends across the business from providing competitive energy prices for our customers, building our future energy portfolio and working with our key stakeholders and communities in the transformation of our energy system.

Daniel first joined EnergyAustralia in 2010 and has previously served as the Head of Portfolio Development. His team was responsible for delivering on a range of industry leading initiatives to transition EnergyAustralia’s energy portfolio, covering renewable energy, battery storage, pumped hydro and flexible gas.

Before joining EnergyAustralia, Daniel worked in Corporate Finance at KPMG advising on a range of corporate transactions across several industries. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
