Andrew leads commercial operations at Codecom, an Australian fibre infrastructure business that has spent nearly two decades building high-density connectivity systems for data centres, telecommunications networks and AI infrastructure across Australia and APAC.

He works directly with customers from first brief through to delivery, and that access is deliberate. The people a customer deals with at the start are the people designing the system.

Under his commercial leadership, Codecom has become a connectivity partner to NVIDIA Cloud Partners and AI factory operators in Australia, alongside long-standing work with global data centre and carrier networks. Founded in 2006, the company designs in Australia and deploys globally, with offices in Melbourne, Western Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
