Choose the registration path that best defines your organisation.
Pricing Cut-Offs:
- 1st Release (Super Early Bird): Available until 17 April 2026 (Save up to $1000)
- 2nd Release (Early Bird): Available from 18 April – 24 July 2026 (Save up to $700)
- 3rd Release (Standard): Available from 24 July – 4 September 2026 (Save up to $400)
- Onsite Rate – Available from 5 September 2026
Booking Options:
Industry Passes
Industry passes are for qualified end-users only. A non-qualified registrant is a professional/company that fits the profile of an exhibitor/solution provider. Solution providers who want to attend should consider exhibiting or registering for a Solution Provider/Vendor pass.
Government & Academic Passes
Individuals who are currently employed by a government agency, public sector organisation, or an accredited academic institution qualify for the government and academic rate.
International Pass
Valid for registrations from non-Australian-based organisations and executives, where the registering entity is not located in Australia.
Solutions Provider / Vendor Passes
If you do not meet the other qualifying criteria, please select Solutions Provider/Vendor when registering. We offer several sponsorship and exhibition packages that include conference passes and enhanced visibility. Learn more about exhibiting opportunities here.
Media Registration
Journalists writing for mainstream or industry-specific news/publishing organisations are welcome to attend DCW Australia free of charge subject to approval by the organisers. Click here to register for your media pass.
